Here I am confirming with the star of my thriller, the antagonist and villain, Mr Mabaquiao. After corresponding with his agency and ataining his messurements for costumes and any dietry requirments for filming on set etc I let him know that times he is needed on set for the days he was needed. This worked better for me as aposed to a traditional call sheet template as filming on the selected location is always changing due to weather condsitions so I find comunitcating with cast and crew directly more efficent.
